Dear Parents:
Please be aware that the customary progress reports usually issued to students at the mid-point of every quarter will not be distributed this quarter. This is due to our recent transition to Infinite Campus, which makes it possible for parents to view their child's progress in "real time", as any grade posted by a teacher is immediately available for parent viewing.
In addition, actual up-to-date averages for every class may also be found on Infinite Campus. This system represents a significant improvement over the traditional progress reports, which many times were already out-of-date by the time they were given to parents.
If you have not already done so, please access your Infinite Campus account so that you may begin monitoring your student's grades, attendance, and behavior records. Information about Infinite Campus parent accounts was mailed home early in December. If you did not receive this information, please contact the main office so that we may re-issue this material to you.
Also, an informational meeting about Infinite Campus will be held at the Parents' Association meeting on Monday, January 7th at 6:30pm in the school library. All are invited to attend.
